This fantastical adventure puts players in the paws of Amaterasu, scampering around Nippon to solve puzzles, defeat enemies, and gain items.

#21. Horizon Zero Dawn

#20. Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice

This incredibly hard action-adventure title puts players in a fictional take on 16th century Japan, armed with the skills and weapons of a deadly assassin.

And similar to the Dark Souls franchise, Sekiro offers crushing difficulty while still feeling rewarding and satisfying to play.
#19. Batman: Arkham Knight
